Returns & Refunds Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

1. Eligibility

- Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- For hygiene reasons, opened bath salts, oils, or used accessories are not eligible unless defective.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

3. How to Start a Return

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
